Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage:

This treatment involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body,resulting in both physical and psychological benefits.

Deep tissue massage aids relaxation, reduces stress and can compliment
'conventional' medicine in the treatment of many ailments. It is particularly effective in the treatment of postural and chronic injuries. Massage can be employed to relax muscular spasm; this is often experienced as pain in the
upper back and neck or in the lower back and pelvis.

Indian Head Massage:

The head neck and shoulders are important energy centres within the body. If you are tired, stressed or agitated tension can build up in these areas.

Indian head massage helps to relieve these blockages and release tension.
The effects of Indian head massage are not just physical, the treatment also
works on an emotional level, calming the spirit, promoting relaxation and
relieving stress.

Reiki:

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive, hands-on healing technique which uses
spiritual energy to treat physical ailments without using pressure,
manipulation or massage. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the individual's body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Crystal Therapy:

Utilising the subtle focused energy of crystals the therapist works within the
individual's electromagnetic field, restoring stability and balance. Negative vibrations from within the client's body are released and healing results on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

A range of holistic as well as traditional beauty treatments are offered.

Luxury Holistic Pedicure:

The holistic pedicure is a luxury treatment for the feet and lower legs. As well as the traditional trimming and filing of the nails the treatment includes intensive exfoliation of the soles of the feet and toes to remove unsightly hard skin. Massage, followed by immersion in warm paraffin wax, intensely moisturises the feet: this treatment is widely used in hospitals as it is effective in relieving the pain associated with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Polish can also be appliedas an additional extra.

Luxury Holistic Manicure:

Using the same principles as for the holistic pedicure the manicure treatment
aims to deeply moisturise the nails and relieve tension within the lower arms
and hands. Following shaping of the nails the hands are submerged in warm
paraffin wax to deeply moisturise and soothe away aches and pains. The nails are then either buffed or painted depending up on personal preference.

Facial Treatment:

The Dermo Pro Facial is a luxurious facial treatment combining oxygenating
facial cleanser, a resurfacing facial buff and a purifying facial toner to
diminish the appearance of fine lines and blemishes. The collagen and lavender face mask moisturises and plumps up the skin. The treatment leaves the skin feeling polished, firmed and toned.

Eye Enhancing: Treatments:

These treatments include eyebrow shaping, eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting and eyelash perming.

Professional Warm Waxing:

For safe effective removal of unwanted bodily hair.
